Shenzhen PHOTONWAY Technology Co., Ltd. (FiberPioneer) was founded in 2017 and is based in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. We are a technology company dedicated to the development, production and sales of precision passive components for optical communications.
Our core products are V-groove substrates and fiber arrays (FA). Drawing on key processes such as precision grooving, ultra-precision fiber assembly and endface grinding and polishing, we provide stable base materials and customized solutions for planar lightwave circuit splitters (PLC splitters), arrayed waveguide gratings (AWG), 400G/800G high-speed optical modules and optical engines.
We have complete process control and inspection capabilities, and our products meet TC (thermal cycling) and PCT (pressure cooker) reliability test requirements. In 2026 we acquired the invention patent “A manufacturing method for precise alignment of multi-core optical fibers” (patent no. ZL202411854277.0), supporting the iterative upgrade of multi-core, high-density fiber alignment. The company is registered as a general VAT taxpayer with an A-grade tax credit rating (2024).
Our Philosophy
We do one thing only: make V-grooves and fiber arrays to a precision standard.
From precision grooving and ultra-precision fiber assembly to endface grinding and polishing, every critical process runs on our own production lines, with traceable process data. Channel pitch 127μm / 250μm, adjacent groove center-to-center accuracy up to ±0.5μm, channel counts from 2 to 192CH. Products meet TC (thermal cycling) and PCT (pressure cooker) reliability test requirements, with good batch-to-batch consistency.
