Technical Questions
Quartz glass (JGS2, Borofloat 33, etc.) and silicon. All are low-expansion substrates that prevent fiber displacement and device stress at high temperature.
V-groove substrates come in 2 / 4 / 8 CH with more available on request; fiber arrays cover the full range from 2 CH to 192 CH, including multi-layer stacking for higher alignment density.
Standard channel pitch is 127 μm and 250 μm, with adjacent groove pitch accuracy up to ±0.5 μm and parallelism along the groove length better than ±0.1°. Core pitch is verified batch by batch before shipment.
Yes — 0° (straight), 42.5° (angled) and convex-fiber endfaces, plus other angles to customer drawing. Grinding angle tolerance is controllable to within ±0.3°.
Ribbon, single fiber or exposed fiber (no-lid) output. Ribbon color and pigtail length are customizable — 1.5 m or 2.5 m as standard. Single-mode (SMF), multimode (MMF) and polarization-maintaining (PMF) fibers are all supported.
Every unit passes 100% visual and dimensional inspection and ships with an inspection record. Routine testing covers endface microscopy (flatness, fiber height, grinding angle) and insertion / return loss (IL / RL); batch records can be supplied on request.
Yes — parallelogram and other profiled substrates, special endface angles, exposed-fiber and no-lid designs, and multi-layer stacking. Length, width, thickness and channel pitch are all customized to your drawing.
Products meet TC (thermal cycling) and PCT (pressure cooker) reliability test requirements. The low-expansion substrates ensure no fiber displacement and no device stress at high temperature, with good batch-to-batch consistency.
Ordering & Commercial
We focus on passive components for optical communications and related accessories, mainly including fiber arrays (FA), polarization-maintaining fiber arrays (PM-FA), associated processing equipment and consumables. Custom solutions are available on request.
Yes. Whether it is specifications (channel count, pitch, endface angle) or package form, we can provide a customized solution to your requirements.
Send your product requirements and quantity through the online enquiry form or the contact page. We will reply within 24 hours with a detailed quotation.
Standard models are usually in stock and ship within 3-7 days. For custom products, lead time is typically 2-4 weeks depending on process complexity.
Quality & Service
Every passive component passes visual inspection, endface inspection, optical performance testing (IL/RL) and TC thermal cycling before shipment, all managed strictly against industry standards.
Yes, against a certain cost. We can provide a small number of samples for testing and evaluation — please contact our sales team for details.
We use professional shock-proof, moisture-proof and dust-proof packaging, and support express delivery, air freight and sea freight.
We provide technical support, installation guidance and quality assurance. Contact us at any time if an issue arises and we will follow up promptly.
